Staff Members, Welcome to LAYLF!

Staff at LAYLF help create a supportive environment for our campers by encouraging them to make independent choices within the framework of YLF. Through this, we are empowering delegates to learn they can trust themselves to lead a life of their choosing!

While our staff do play a major role in delegate support, one of LAYLF’s goals to also ensure that our staff is supported throughout the camp experience. We want our staff to feel just as empowered as our delegates, and leave feeling like they gained a new family through camp!
