Lillian DejeAN
LAYLF CoordinatOR
Lillian DeJean is from Broussard, LA and currently serves as LAYLF’s Camp Coordinator. Lillian handles most of the scheduling, planning, and outreach for LAYLF, and their main focus at camp is to ensure that everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered. At LAYLF, you can find Lillian participating in wheelchair races, drinking excessive amounts of coffee, and checking in on all of staff and delegates.
Nicole Flores
Nicole Flores serves on the LAYLF team as the Executive Director of Families Helping Families of Acadiana, the program’s fiscal agent. In this position, she is responsible for the oversight of funds and expenditures, employment of the LAYLF Coordinator, and forum programming. Her favorite part of LAYLF is watching delegates enter the program with excitement, and then leave with self-determination skills they can use as they grow into powerful advocates back in their own home and communities.

Nicole DejeAN
Special projects Coord.
Nicole DeJean serves on the LAYLF team as the Special Projects Coordinator. In this position, she is responsible for fund development through grant writing and program and policy development for the camp. Prior to her role with LAYLF, Nicole served as an early interventionist for 14 years providing home-based services to children 0-3 with developmental disabilities. Her favorite part of camp is seeing the individual growth in the delegates and staff, as well as the development of a supportive and inclusive community.
AnnMarie Bihm serves as the Community Outreach Prep Specialist on the LAYLF team. In her role, she contributes to the development, editing, and distribution of LAYLF documents and marketing materials. You may not always be able to catch AnnMarie at camp, as she’s also the LAYLF Dance Coordinator and works behind-the-scenes to make sure everyone has the best dance experience possible!
